Ben Affleck won $1,500 in a short, drunken poker session at the Commerce Casino over the weekend.
The actor and part-time poker player ditched a Halloween party in Hollywood early Sunday morning for a poker game at Commerce Casino. According to a report from TMZ, he was visibly drunk upon leaving the party.
After arriving at the L.A.-area cardroom, the 47-year-old sat in a high-stakes poker game, buying in for $20,000. Less than 15 minutes later, he racked up $1,500 richer and headed for the exits. It wasn’t a hit and run, however, as gamblers in the casino reported that Affleck was so drunk that he nearly fell out of his chair on one occasion.
