Sports Gambling Ring
The longtime owner of San Diego\'s last remaining card room struck a
plea agreement with federal prosecutors that says the illegal sports
gambling case against him will be dismissed if he doesn\'t break the
law for a year.
Stanley Penn, 81-year-old owner of Lucky Lady Casino, agreed to the
deal and entered a guilty plea on front of U.S. District Judge Roger
Benitez.
