Lowest rake structure I have seen (especially for tournaments), good player card rewards, hotel accommodations, entertainment and special promotions every month.
Beats (Suck):
Very shallow stacks in the low buyin no-limit games, poker room is smaller than most, tournament buyins are fairly low stakes with not much player base.
