The Poker Room at Thunder Valley Casino Resort is a major player among California and western U.S. poker venues. Thunder Valley opened the facility in 2010, when the property expanded with more gaming space and a 300-room hotel. Riding the leading edge of poker's popularity, The Poker Room expanded quickly to its present configuration of 240 seats for live play with 340 seats available for events. Ben Erwin, Director, leads the Thunder Valley team in developing a top-of-class poker event schedule while dealing four-diamond service. Thunder Valley has attracted the nation's most prestigious tours, including the World Poker Tour and Heartland Poker Tour. In addition we are a World Series Of Poker satellite property.
There's always something going on around the clock, from daily tournaments and series events to special promotions. Enjoy free breakfast on weekends in the Poker Room, where the coffee pot will be on plus delicious pastries and more on Saturdays and Sundays from 6AM - 8:30AM.
