The immense Treasure Island Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas (TI) opened for business in 1993. The brainchild of visionary casino designer Steve Wynn, this development is spread over 90,000 feet of total gaming space. Since being purchased by Las Vegas billionaire Phil Ruffin, the poker room has taken on the resort’s modern theme and updated its technology. Automatic card shufflers make for fast-paced action, with electronic monitor displays also bringing all the information you need right to your seat.

Don’t be fooled by this cozy poker room’s size. It is home to a good range of different poker games, including the classics: no-limit hold’em, limit hold’em, and mixed games. Treasure Island management tell us that the poker room will remain open so long as there are at least five players seated. In practice, this means that the gaming goes on almost every hour of the year. Treasure Island wants you to have fun while you play, as shown by their leading promotions. There is a weekly cash payback to poker players for playing between 10 hours ($10) and 60 hours ($599).

The comp program at Treasure Island doubles most other Las Vegas poker room offerings by giving you $2 for every hour that you play. These comps can be redeemed for tableside food, massages, gift shop purchases and practically anything at the Treasure Island Resort. Even outside the complex, Passport Club points can buy your gas at the nearby Dakota Station. Passport kiosks are dotted all around the site, so you can easily check on your earnings and see which new promotions are open to you.
