Open Face Chinese Poker
Five cards are dealt to each player which they set face up into rows.
Then, they are dealt one card at a time. They place these cards, in turn, until they have each set thirteen: three cards in the top row, five in the middle and five in the bottom.
Each row won is worth 1 point.
A player who scoops -- wins all three rows -- gets a 3 point bonus.
Strong hands are rewarded by royalties.

The top row must be stronger than the middle and the middle stronger than the bottom. If this rule is broken, the hand is fouled. A player whose opponent fouls gets 1 point for each row and 3 points for the scoop. If both players foul, the hands tie.
