This is a site I really like to play at. Not because it's easiest to earn money here, or because they have the best players. Oh no, it's because I can play against movie stars!
A little known fact about me among the readers may be that I love movies. Well, maybe not as much as I love poker, but still. The idea of playing against actor James Woods, one of my all-time favorites is (if you don't know who I'm talking about, I recommend that you see the movie Salvador) almost mind boggling.
Remember the article Am I a Rock? Well, this is what I talked about, its fun playing against movie stars. And poker should be fun because if I don't feel that playing poker is fun I soon start to play bad poker and that's really not what I want!
Apart from that Hollywood Poker has excellent software and plenty of juicy games at the low and mid levels. The tournaments are very playable since there's plenty of fish that likes to take a shoot at the stars. To make things even more fun there are bounties (special extra prizes) on the actors. The support is OK and can be reached by email and by phone. Unfortunately they don't have an online chat option but they do reply fast.
