Account Security

Being in the online gaming business for 8 years, I've built a reputation for treating customers right by ensuring the funds they place with us are guaranteed, and I have never faltered on this pledge. As proven time and time again, mine is a name you can trust!

Account Registration

All users must register with their full name and mailing address when creating an account.

Real money players must register using their true and legal identity, and are required to provide their complete mailing address and contact information when creating an Account. Registering with a false name or mailing address will cause the associated Account to be subject to closure. Our software is designed to track multiple sign-ups and the duplicate account will be automatically blocked. If you feel that your account has been blocked in error, please send us an e-mail at support@PokerWorld.com.

Only one account is allowed per user, IP address or household.

Please keep your password strictly confidential. If you forget or lose your password, a replacement will be issued upon request.

PokerWorld accepts no responsibility for any fraud resulting from the unauthorized use of account numbers and passwords.

Account history can be accessed through the "Cashier" section in the poker room Lobby.
